Sara Wittig is a fourth-year biomedical engineering student with a mechanical emphasis from Lake Oswego, Oregon. She joined the MAD Lab in Spring 2023 to gain hands-on research experience and deepen her knowledge of affordable point-of-care diagnostics. Outside of the lab, Sara is actively involved in ASBME and Camp Kesem. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, practicing yoga, going to the beach, and exploring Los Angeles with friends.
