Amelie Tangtam
Amelie is a first-year undergraduate studying biomedical engineering at the University of Southern California. Born and raised in Los Angeles, she has always been interested in the intersection of medicine and technology. With a strong belief in expanding accessibility in healthcare, she is particularly drawn to innovations in sensor detection. Currently, she serves as the community chair for the Associated Students of Biomedical Engineering (ASBME) and hopes to become more involved with the Society of Women Engineers (SWE). In her free time, Amelie enjoys playing the guitar, golfing, and exploring new cuisines.
